This might be premature, but in the last 48 hours all the tweets I've scheduled to be sent by twidge haven't appeared, an no errors have been reported.

A tweet sent at 08:30 UTC on Oct 22 was successful, one at 08:30 on Oct 23 was not, and several after that.
