Connection Flow Animation not fluid #3648

Describe the bug
When using the flow animation property or the flow plugin, the connection is not animated in a fluid way

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on a connection
  2. Click on 'Property'
  3. Scroll down to 'Flow Animation' and enable
  4. See error
    URL for replicating.

Expected behavior
The animation behaves fluidly without any stutter

  • draw.io version: 21.2.8

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows
  • Browser Chrome, Edge, Brave

Additional context
The stuttering is worse with longer connection patterns but present in all. The stuttering seems to be present in all views

Hey guys, I just noticed that this "stuttering" only happens if you change the line pattern from "solid" to "dashed" on the "style" tab and then enable the "flow animation" option.

If you left the line as "solid" and enable the "flow animation" option, it will automatically turn into a "dashed" behind the scenes and you will have a fluid experience.
