Hi, thanks for sharing this tool
I was wondering if it can be used also without UI but just from command line as I am using a remote instance

Hi, TagGUI does not offer a CLI for captioning.

I suggest you create your own scripts for the models you would like to use (the Hugging Face Transformers library makes this relatively simple).
