Add hot-key to open image in default system viewer #235

Sometimes when revieweing images, I want to edit them for color balance, etc.

Can you add a hot-key and/or UI button to open the current image using the default system image viewer (whatever that may be on the user's computer)? From there, it's the user responsibility to chain to an editor, etc.

This already exists: right-click on an image in the image list -> Open Image in Default App (or Ctrl+O).

Sorry, I missed that. I added my own function of this sort in a much earlier release - I didn't know you had it. Thanks!!
