After using taggui for 2000 images, I was facing a issue.
When I want to added tag to the tag list, I am not sure if it is exist or some simular tag is exist or not.
It is pretty hard to check by go throughing a long tag list.
Second, I also suggested to add the ability to choose image preview size in left menu.
Sometime, it is too big and easy to miss some images when scrolling.

I assume you are talking about the Image Tags pane which lists tags for an image. Unfortunately, I am not planning to add a filter here since the number of tags for a single image usually isn't too large (partly due to Stable Diffusion's token limit), and adding it would clutter up the UI for a rarely used feature. Here are some things you can try instead to improve your workflow:
Just add the tag without checking if it already exists, then use Edit -> Remove Duplicate Tags (or press Ctrl+D). This will only work for exact matches, though.
Sort the tags (alphabetically or by frequency) using Edit -> Batch Reorder Tags. This might make it easier for you to check if a similar tag exists.

You can already do this in File -> Settings. Set the Image width in image list (px) value. (You will need to restart the program to apply the new settings.)
