some settings forgotten

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "Settings".
2. Go to "Other"
3. Go to "Stroke animation delay"
4. Change the default value from 150 to 40.
5. Press "OK".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After quitting wwwjdic and starting it again, the value is back to 150 
milliseconds. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.3.8.1 on Samsung Galaxy S5, Lollipop 5

If possible, provide a stack trace (logcat).

As I can only test on HTC Magic and Nexus One, I can't reproduce device
specific issues.  Without a stack trace, there is usually nothing I can do.
So do attach logcat output. That or, send me a phone :)
