kotlin-android-extensions已经弃用了

我觉得kotlin-android-extensions 和viewbinding可以联合使用，有时候kotlin-android-extensions还是使用更方便

基于此项目进行了重构，去掉了kotlin-android-extensions，更换成了DataBinding。将所有的插件以及三方依赖库进行了更新，适配最新的android sdk 34
