What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable more than one keyboard in android's settings
2. Connect to a session with Connectbot
3. The menu button is gone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The menu button, usually in the lower right, has been replaced with an icon to
change input methods. The menu button has not been relocated elsewhere, thus it
is impossible to access any of the features in this menu. Many of these are
important such as Disconnect, Copy/Paste, Mange Pubkeys, Settings, etc.

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?

Connectbot 1.7.1 (v1.7.1 2010.10.08)
Android 5.0.1 on a Nexus 5

Please provide any additional information below.

Looks like this icon gets swapped with the menu icon depending on the keyboard
is currently shown or not. I suppose it's not really a bug then. Not good user
experience though; my 2 cents.

Hi Dave. I know this is a really old bug, but in case this is still an issue,
you should have the menu button in the action bar on the newest version of
connectbot.
