Link back to the shop from the empty cart and thank you pages

Hey,

There's a couple of dead ends in the cart, I added the following:

• Link back to the shop from the empty cart page. Gives the user a clear route out of the cart when they empty it.
• Link back to the shop from the thank you page. Just in case users might want to keep shopping.

Hopefully this would make a small percentage of users hang around a little longer and result in a couple of extra conversions.
