if you shift click it doesnt put all the items into inventory

Yes, you need to manually put crafting results into inventory by clicking a slot of your inventory.

why doesnt it just add the time it would take to craft them at together at least make it so I don't have to click everytime I finish crafting a single item, I don't really care that much if It doesn't automatically add it to my inventory.

oh, maybe you can try version 0.4.2(but the sounds are only in 0.4.3). Someone reported that auto-continue-craft doesn't work in 0.4.3, but I'm really busy these days and don't have time to fix it. :-P
