Implement SHA-512.

Existing implementations under BSD license are at:

Might I suggest that SHA-224, SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512 all be supported?
While 224 and 384 are less used it makes sense to use something similar to the
MySQL implementation where the bits are specified or defaulted.

I've tried importing http://pajhome.org.uk/crypt/md5/sha512.html but result
wasn't the expected.
