cljs support

Lots of prep work has been done on the cljs branch (including porting from midje to core.test), but the following tasks remain:

• Fix broken tests (were the midje tests quietly broken or is the code broken?) - currently two.
• cljc-ify remaining files
• Port build from leiningen to boot to enable better dual-language testing (copy from baud?)
• Figure out boot's release stuff so I can push a new version

Update: cljcification is complete, as is port to boor.
tests are broken in clojurescript, so half of the test suite remains commented out . once i've fixed the current bug i'll start uncommenting them one by one when i get more enthusiasm
