Typically, I go with the MIT License, as it's one of the least restrictive licenses recommended by GitHub and one which I've used on other projects. I initialized this repo with that license. If you have any other recommendations, though, please let me know!

whoops! I didn't see that you already had one. I usually go for Apache because it has some extra stuff which might be helpful down the line. It's very similar to Apache in most practical settings. We'll need to change the license in the pyproject.toml to say MIT.
