Description
A marker particles technique is implemented for Eulerian simulations. Particle rendering is implemented in DXViewer.

Todo

  • Define particle-related functions in ISimulation.
  • For DX12App, use the above functions to render particles.

Note
Preferably, particle-related buffers will not be created and will use existing grid buffers.
This issue is related to jklae/GridLiquid2D#1.
