Team's Response

This only occurs as GitHub file preview renders the different .adoc extracts of the UserGuide as just a link to the UserGuide itself. However, when rendered into a .html file, they actually display different sections, based on the tag that the extract is referenced.

If you view the PPP via the website itself, the different sections show up as normal.
