Add PortaBase to F-Droid as a free option for Android installation (the 99 cent charge in the Google Play Store is mainly there as an experiment in trying to make PortaBase development more sustainable and to cover the cost of the Google Play registration fee).
Is the current code base at a point where is is reasonable to make an application to the F-Droid build team? If so I could dig into this (with a limitation of anything requiring me to dig into Android build steps I wouldn't be able to progress but it looks like submissions can be as simple as metadata).
I just finally got all the builds working again and automatically built in CI for each commit. I'm trying to wrap up a few loose ends and get a 2.3 release out, which should include an updated Google Play release (without the 99-cent charge, as they now require my home address to be publicly visible in the app store in order to charge money for it). You can look at the new GitHub Actions workflow if you're still interested in pursuing the F-Droid build, otherwise I'll look into that sometime after getting the release done.
