Python 3 version of Unicode to KrutiDev converter

I created a quick gist at https://gist.github.com/tripleee/b82a79f5b3e57dc6a487ae45077cdbd3 with the core function translated to Python 3 (not really any work, just remove the unnecessary .encode() calls).

I have no interest in maintaining this (I don't even read devanagari) but I imagine some people would be happy if you wanted to publish an updated version, perhaps as an alternative to your original if you want to preserve its Python 2 form for historical reasons etc. Feel free to take it, but please notify me so I can update the gist with a forward pointer to a more official location.
