Two NeatAmps Biamp: wiring and configuration

Master board:

• J5: Power (GND, VDD),
• J12: I2S
• J13: I2C connected to Slave J13 I2C (SDA <-> SDA, SCL <-> SCL)
• JP2: I2C ADR => NO JUMPER
• J16: Volume Pot
• JP1: Forced Reset by uC, jumper on Pins 2-3 (up)
• J17 A3 wired to Slave J11 /Reset

uC Software: Master

Slave board:

• J5: Power (GND, VDD),
• J12: I2S
• J13: I2C connected to Master J13 I2C (SDA <-> SDA, SCL <-> SCL)
• JP2: I2C ADR => JUMPER ON
• JP1: Forced Reset by uC, jumper on Pins 2-3 (up)
• J11 /Reset wired to Master J17 A3 (control of Slave Amp Reset by master)

uC Software: Slave

Test sequence:

1. Test master alone
2. When master works, connect Slave as listed above
3. On slave, set JP1: Forced Reset by uC, jumper on Pins 1-2 (down) to force the reset of the Slave
4. Check that the slave TAS is successfully configured by the Master board, especiually that volume control works
5. Check that the control of the slave Forced reset is working
6. Once the Slave control by the master tests are OK, set JP1: Forced Reset by uC, jumper on Pins 2-3 (up)
