Function `toggleOrderableProduct()` will now be used in a $.each() loop, so the configuration must be considered as to use queue requests if it has been configured.

The error was introduced by me in jmueller17#239 Since there are no longer two tabs on the shopping cart, one for the date and another for the cumulative ones, there is no more double information in oper=commit of the order of the date and the preoder=true. Currently cumulatives are also worked as of date. I did not see this `or date_for_order='1234-01-23'` in this `DELETE`, I'm sorry.

This proposal is an revision of the code of cumulative orders.
Pick up some proposals already mentioned in #236, and the correction of some problems.
It also proposes the presentation of a date selector with open orders complementary to the calendar. For cumulative orders (if they exist) they are located in the first item of the selector. and the cumulative tabs disappear.
In the search tab there is a button to see everything of the day.
It has been proposed as a single PR, although with separate commits by themes.
