Describe the solution you'd like

Move the project away from react-native CLI to Expo CLI

Describe alternatives you've considered

Moving away to Expo will make it easier for other developers to contribute to the project. Currently, you can't develop for iOS without a Mac. Moving away will make it easier to develop for any platform.
