Add option to disable debug logging

When the blinds open and close, the log is flooded with debugging entries. It would be nice to have the option to disable debugging logs. Ideally no debugging logs would be the default so that the option doesn't have to changed and then device saved as I prefer not to change any of the other options but to save a device I'm forced to select various options that I don't need to otherwise. Thanks!
