Should the register prefix be dropped?

// Register voter
authorizer.voter('is-registered', isRegisteredVoter)

// Retrieve voter
authorizer.voter('is-registered')

// Register poll
authorizer.poll('user', 'view', 'movie', ['is-registered'])

Should constants by flattened on authzy itself?

authzy.constants.ALLOW
authzy.ALLOW
