v1.6.2 - URL Scheme improvements

v1.6.2 adds some fixes for the URL copying added in v1.6.1:

• Copies plain text version to fix pasting not possible in applications that don't support URL's from pasteboard
• Copies e-mail title for HTTPS links (and also for fastmate-links if pasting to Bear Notes). This allows applications that support it (for example Google Docs/Word) to paste a link titled with the name of the e-mail.

• Adds support for copying a link to the current page ⇧⌘c
• Adds support for copying a fastmate-link to the current page ⌥⇧⌘c

fastmate links will open in Fastmate, while http links will open in a browser.
