Rendre l'URL de l'API paramétable...

Ceci permettrait de basculer ne pas dépendre de l'API publique adresse.data.gouv.fr et d'interroger d'autres instances contenant des référentiels différents: BANO, POI OSM, etc... et régler du coup

Excellente idée, mais les paramètres des différentes API sont-ils les mêmes ? Ou je fais des if else en fonction de l'API choisie ?
