Music theory program

Hey, I saw you created a CLI program for getting scales.
I was wondering if you'd like to develop a music theory library for PHP7

This is something I did, right now it can only build Ionian and Aeolian scales.

This is just a PoC, I want to create something that can be used as an back-bone for something more complex (think parsing & building MIDI, generating chord progressions, transposing, detecting scales & chords)
