Handle "Next Business Day" and "As Soon As Possible"

Next Business Day should be the next weekday after today (not sat/sun)
As Soon As Possible should return now

The problem is that the "next business day" depends on where in the world you are. For example in middle eastern countries, the business week is from Sunday to Thursday while in western countries it's from Monday to Friday.
