Can't parse month name on certain locations in text #243

There are certain locations where the parser can't detect a single month date. For example:

"...... in november for ....." (does not parse)
"...... in november" (ok)
"...... in november 2017 for ....." (ok)

Tested both on version 0.13 locally and on the site.
