You can configure the port here: https://github.com/johncintron/nodin/blob/master/config.json, but configuring the IP address isn't handled by the application. I'm not really an IT person, but when you run the application, it by default listens on your machine's LAN IP, which you can ascertain by ipconfig /all on Windows or ip a on Linux. You could also deploy this app on a remote server, in which case the IP is that of your remote web server.
