Hi Nic, thanks for dropping by. WEM's been neglected on the documentation and testing front recently (PhD deadline imminent!), but when I get some time over summer, it'd be nice to do a rewrite and merge together some other ideas I have. As it stands, WEM might be useful to mine ideas but it's pretty hacked up right now!

I understand (<2 months till my defense). Was just searching for some pre-existing python code to make transect plots. Thought xsection.py might be an easy answer. Best of luck!

I did just update xsection very recently so that should be the least buggy of all. Do let me know if you need a hand deciphering anything.
