Cannot Close Calendar #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I try to chose a date using the calendar
2. I cannot click on the x in the top right hand corner
3. It seems to be covered up by other parts of the form (Number of
Results/Start Number)

Fixed for now.  A likely fix involves changing the z-index of the adjacent div 
when a
calendar is selected.  I just moved the calendar to a place on the page where 
this
does not pose an issue.
