Just loaded up PMMP version 3.14.0 and no longer works.

After changing the Network Protocol Version, the already set Slappers are gone and the Slapper Skins from new one doesnt work.

You need to disable Only allow Trusted Skins in the Profile area in the Settings Menu. Otherwise, all skins become Steve, the most trusted skin out there.
