O49-2 custom roles not spawning

Describe the bug
Havent seen any custom role zombies, I did the config correctly yet I dont see any spawning.
You can spawn yourself as one though.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a 049 attempt to revive you
2. You get revived
3. Dissapointed to see that your not a custom role
4. jumping into the void

Expected behavior
I expected there to be zombies with custom roles after getting revived.

Dosent allow me to do this.
