As of 2.0.3 I have removed dart_vlc, since it was way too heavy. It also lacks federation and the performance is rather subpar.

Audioplayers currently doesn't support Windows and Linux. This might change with bluefireteam/audioplayers#1051 and bluefireteam/audioplayers#1068.

IF nothing changes in this regard with the mentioned plugin, I might look into just_audio.
