Recent BrowserWorks/Waterfox#590 was Reduce fingerprinting threat by disabling video statistics with reference to Mozilla bug 654550 - Preference to disable video statistics.

Please, is media.video_stats.enabled the type of preference that would be in scope for your Think Privacy GUI?

If not, then end users might look to projects such as https://github.com/ghacksuserjs/ghacks-user.js
