Sample rate info in position files is inaccurate #21

Sample rate information in the header of position files produced by oat-record are not corrent. To reproduce:

oat posigen rand2D pos -r 5.0 &
oat record -pos

Then, look at the resulting pos.json and note that "sample_rate_hz": 0.0. This should be "sample_rate_hz": 5.0.
