What do you mean by "work with"? If you mean "not colliding", then you simply need to change keybinding (e.g. let g:miniSnip_trigger = '<C-Tab>' seems to work fine).

If you mean "being supported by" though, then it's @lifepillar who you should ask, I think. On my side, I'm willing to tweak miniSnip to make it possible if required.
