Examples don't work in Konqueror 3.5.8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to view examples in Konqueror

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see graphs, see blank areas instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Konqueror 3.5.8, Kubuntu 7.10

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not sure on the extent of Konqueror's support of the canvas tag. Also
Konqueror support is probably not a priority and it may be interesting to
see what Konqueror in KDE 4 brings. It would however be nice to support
Konqueror if it's possible without too much work.

Darn. I'd really like it to work on Konqueror. I'm not a KDE user myself, but I
thought it would come for free with Webkit's canvas support. Hopefully someone 
with
more knowledge of Konqueror internals can come up with more info.

I got a comment on my blog with the same problem. It was stated that it is 
working
fine in the upcoming Konqueror for KDE 4, though. I guess the issue is the 
<canvas>
support.

I can confirm that all of the examples do work in Konqueror from KDE4 RC2.
