Create static screen for Test 1

Brianna wants a screen for Test 1. This issue doesn't ask that it works beyond giving a rough idea of what to expect if/when it does work.

@BriannaMozar can you make an image for this? Did you make the other screen mockups that Phil sent us?

Although not integrated with the index page, the mockups for test1 and its directions have been completed.
