web command usually needs to be run twice

Make sure you are running the latest version of jotta-cli before reporting an issue.

jotta-cli release (jotta-cli version): 0.9.41304

Description of problem: whenever (unless I ran it recently) I run jotta-cli web I get the login screen in my browser, if I run the command again I get logged in automatically

Expected: To be logged in on the first run of the jotta-cli web command

jotta-cli status (jotta-cli status):

$ jotta-cli status
