I am having this error tried to remove the keystore password etc but still cant pass this error #4

I have changed it to this implementation 'com.google.firebase:firebase-core:18.0.0'

but still with errors like

Execution failed for task ':app:processDebugResources'.

Android resource linking failed
C:\Users\asua.gradle\caches\transforms-1\files-1.1\design-27.1.1.aar\6dab83a9b947b69e596e5e2ef20159d6\res\values\values.xml:179:5-181:13: AAPT: error: style attribute 'android:attr/dialogCornerRadius' not found.
