Hello. can support be made for netcore/standard? Are there any plans to use them.

I'll make some test this month. The main problem with MS comes from DynamicMethod class. Mono's one is more permissive on the method scope, which is required for the Instantiators.

I finally got netcore version running. It's in the xlib branch, and the bitmap loading is not yet implemented, I will use cairo to load png,
I've dropped opentk in that branch to try to have a lighter base lib. I'll work on the support for other backends.
