Whatsapp suddenly deleted files recovery with no backup support

Hi,
I'm having an issue where my Whatsapp yesterday suddenly deleted the messages after my non-rooted Exynos Galaxy S20 ultra 5G got full memory and I forced stop the app in the middle of a process.
I don't have any backups and I found a ZIP file related to Whatsapp after using an Undeleting app to recover the deleted file and it was corrupted.
Attached is the archive details after repairing it, can I restore my chats on Whatsapp by the help of that or by any way either recovering deleted messages or rooting the device if it will solve the issue (my main issue in the root is the factory reset for bootloading and I'm afraid that it will overwrite the files of Old whatsapp).
Your support and advice is really needed though to solve such an issue please, my chats are since 2016 and it has too much important things (media wasn't deleted but only the chats).
