Hi @jploveless, I was able to run the example faults and get the results.
However, since my goal is to build a subduction zone fault mesh, I suspect that I need to run gmshsurface.m. My understanding, edgex and edgey are coordinates of the areas I am interested in. Therefore, I obtain these coordinates on Google Earth with the help of Slab2 KMZ file to define the polygon boundaries from the trench to a megathrust depth of 100 km. However, I am not sure how to get edgez. Another question is how do I get top, bot, s1, and s2 to be ingested in gmshsurface.m?
