communication problem with rn2483 lora mote and arduino

Hi, I am trying to send data at TTN using Lora mote rn2483 with Arduino but facing difficulty in
radio communication between rn2483 and Arduino. On serial screen it showing"Communication with RN2xx3 unsuccessful. Power cycle the board". And my LCD screen of RN2483 LORA MOTE is also not glowing. Kindly tell the possible ways to resolve the issue.
