Transfer lines spawning at blank places

Every so often a new black line for transfers appears and connects to an empty spot, where no station is located. Example at Vernon Blvd - Jackson Av:

I thought that was for the DeBlasio-era expansion plans' stations. But this is after loading from one. Never happens to me.
