jQuery UI Builder won't download v1.12.1 - it assumes v1.13.0 #194

Firstly, congratulations on getting v1.13.0 released 👍

However, the Downloader builder no longer lets me download v1.12.1.

If I pick any other version radio button, the requested version downloads as intended.

When I pick v1.12.1 however, and inspect the contents of the resulting zipfile, the version number shown is v1.13.0.

This is happening no matter what options I pick from the builder download page, so I think a little work under the hood is required.

I may have to close this issue - I can seemingly download a v1.12.1 now via the Builder. Possibly a caching issue on my browser?

Would be good if this can be confirmed at your end though. I'll leave this open a few days in the meantime.

Closing - I've been able to download from browsers on different computers, so whatever it was, seems to have been temporary.
