New image for the actions button (issue #11)

* Added a new image for actions menu item on navigation view and search
results
* Remove action menu from icons layout mode. Now the default
long-click action is show actions menu (Default long-click setting
doesn't apply to this layout)

David, check this new image. Is more intuitive?

I remove this button from the icons layout because there isn't much space, and i assigned always to this layout the default long-click action to show actions menu.
