在 windows 的 gvim，中文輸入模式可按SHIFT由切換至英文，但英文輸入式按SHIFT不會切換至中文，只能使用Ctrl-Space切換至中文。
但微軟內建輸入法在 windows 的 gvim中，可由SHIFT切換中英文輸入模式。
