Evs is a command line tool for phylogenetic biogeography using events and an explicit geographic ranges in terminals. It impliments the geographically explicit event model, and their main objective of the method is to optimize both the ancestral range and the biogeographic events (vicariance, full copy sympatry, point sympatry, founder event) associated with each node.
