Parse footnotes and endnotes

Engine doesn't show the footnotes and endnotes from test file. Look the section "Structural Elements"

Also the engine doesn't parse footnotes.xml and endnotes.xml files. See end of the page for article "Footnotes & Endnotes" in demo.docx file.
